Every project begins with a clear understanding of the scope of work. We assess the property, discuss project goals, and develop an estimate based on the proposed work, timeline, and budget. Once details are agreed upon, we coordinate materials, permits, scheduling, and construction so clients have a clear and manageable process.

Project Management &
iTrade Coordination
As a general contractor, we coordinate all aspects of the build, including work performed by specialty trades when needed. Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other trade work is handled by licensed subcontractors we regularly work with and trust.

We manage scheduling, coordination, and communication with subcontractors so clients are not responsible for overseeing multiple trades or vendors. All work is coordinated through one point of contact to keep the project efficient and organized.
